Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Nice and quiet room.

I like that it was close to my event. Hotel room was clean but run down. Breakfast was worst ever, very dirty and not inviting. Stair way was super dirty like never clean. Staff at front desk was just OK. They prefers there phone and smoke breaks.

The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Beds were comfy, AC worked good.

The location was very convenient for our purpose of traveling to Kearney. The hotel had a nice green space for our puppy and was close to other walkable areas.
